Create Worker Account

WorkerFinder Terms of Service

By creating an account, you agree to the following:

1. Eligibility — You must be 18 years or older and legally authorised to work in Australia.

2. Account Approval — All worker accounts are subject to manual review and approval by the WorkerFinder team. Accounts may be rejected without explanation.

3. Accuracy — You confirm that all information provided is true, accurate and up-to-date. Providing false information may result in permanent account termination.

4. Job Commitments — Once you accept a job, you are expected to attend. Failure to show up will result in an automatic 1-star review and may lead to suspension.

5. Payments — WorkerFinder does not intermediate payments. All financial arrangements are made directly between workers and employers.

6. Liability — WorkerFinder is a marketplace platform and does not employ workers. You are responsible for your own tax obligations (TFN / ABN as applicable).

7. Subscriptions — Subscription fees are billed monthly. Cancellations take effect at the end of the billing cycle.

8. Privacy — Your personal data (including TFN and ID documents) is stored securely and used only for verification purposes. We do not sell your data to third parties.
