WorkerFinder Employer Terms of Service
By creating an employer account, you agree to the following:
1. Eligibility — You must hold a valid ABN and be legally authorised to engage workers in Australia.
2. Job Postings — Job postings must be accurate and in good faith. Misleading listings may result in account suspension.
3. Worker Engagement — WorkerFinder connects you with available workers. The employment or contractor relationship is formed directly between you and the worker. WorkerFinder is not the employer.
4. Payments — All payments for work performed are made directly between your business and the worker. WorkerFinder does not intermediate payments, hold funds, or guarantee payment.
5. Tax Obligations — You are responsible for all applicable tax, superannuation, and payroll obligations in relation to workers you engage.
6. Fair Work Compliance — You agree to comply with all applicable Australian Fair Work Act requirements, including minimum wage rates and workplace safety standards.
7. Ratings — You may rate workers after a completed job. Reviews must be honest and based on actual performance. Fraudulent reviews will result in account termination.
8. Free to Post — Posting jobs on WorkerFinder is currently free for employers. This may change in the future with advance notice.
9. Privacy — Your business data (ABN, contact info) is stored securely and used only to operate the platform. We do not sell your data.
